Offensive Captain/Player Rep

Rasheem Farmer

Rasheem Farmer has been the definition of loyalty, grit, and perseverance in the Steel City Bobcats program. Now entering his fourth season with the team, Rasheem has earned the respect of the locker room and the coaching staff alike—not through flash or favoritism, but through consistency, character, and heart.

A two-time 200-yard rusher, Rasheem has proven his ability to take over games when his number is called. But his value runs far deeper than the stat sheet. He's been the quiet storm in the room—staying ready, staying humble, and staying locked in, even during times when others were chosen ahead of him. That type of patience and professionalism is rare in today's game, and it's one of the biggest reasons he's earned the title of team captain and players’ rep. Rasheem leads by example. He's the type of teammate who picks others up, speaks truth when it's needed, and puts the team above himself every single time. Whether it’s taking a tough carry up the middle, lining up as a lead blocker, or supporting from the sideline, Rasheem is willing to do whatever it takes to help the Bobcats succeed. He’s a tough-nosed, physical player with a high football IQ and a team-first mentality—exactly the kind of DNA this organization is built on. His journey has shaped him into the respected voice and presence he is today. When Rasheem Farmer speaks, the team listens.

A captain. A warrior. A true Bobcat.

Offensive Captain

Savon Salter

For four seasons, Savon Salter has embodied what it means to be a Bobcat—loyal, fearless, and unshakably focused. A man of few words but big moments, Savon is the quiet storm every team needs and every opponent fears. He’s not loud—but when he moves, you feel it. On the field, he’s a highlight waiting to happen. Whether he's blowing past defenders as a deep threat receiver or shifting gears in open space on kick returns, Savon is electric. He’s the kind of weapon that changes the momentum of a game with one touch—a true game-breaker with speed, vision, and hands you can trust in crunch time. Off the field, he’s just as impactful. Savon may not always be the most vocal, but when he does speak, the locker room gets silent—because his words carry weight, earned through years of sacrifice, big plays, and unwavering commitment. And when he’s on the sideline? He’s the first to lift up his brothers, to encourage, to refocus, and to rally the squad.

A four-year Bobcat, Savon’s loyalty runs deep. He’s been with this team through every high and low, never wavering, always showing up and doing the work. That’s why he’s not just a captain—he’s a cornerstone.

Loyal. Lethal. Leader.
Savon Salter is the soul of the Bobcats.

Defensive Captain

DeVonte Shelton Sr.

DeVonte Shelton Sr. is a name every opposing quarterback learns to respect—quickly. A true ballhawk with elite instincts and football IQ, Shelt has become a core piece of the Bobcats' defensive identity. Technically this is year four... but let’s be honest—he should’ve been a five-year Bobcat. We’ll forgive the brief departure, though, because real ones always find their way back home. Shelt has a nose for the ball like few others. His ability to diagnose plays, sit in zone, and bait quarterbacks into costly mistakes makes him a turnover threat on every snap. If it’s hanging in the air too long, you can bet Shelt’s already tracking it—and chances are, he's coming down with it. His resume of clutch interceptions and smart positioning makes him one of the most reliable zone defenders in the league. But Shelt’s value goes far beyond stats. He’s grown mentally and emotionally over the years—on and off the field. While he continues to build his voice as a vocal leader, his presence, actions, and football mind already speak volumes. Younger players follow his example. Veterans trust his instincts. Whether he’s coming downhill for a physical tackle, reading the QB’s eyes, or breaking down film with laser focus, Shelt is locked in. His leadership, loyalty, and growth make him a key figure in the Bobcats’ brotherhood.

Smart. Physical. Evolving.
Shelt is a weapon and a leader you want on your side.

Defensive Captain

Reggie Jones Jr.

In just one season, Booka has done what no one else in Bobcats history has: earn the title of team captain in his first year. That’s not luck—that’s the result of relentless energy, vocal leadership, and elite-level play from day one. Booka is the definition of a Bobcat. He uplifts everyone around him—not just with his words, but with the energy he brings into every huddle, every rep, and every moment off the field. His presence is loud, positive, and powerful. He’s the voice in the locker room that keeps the team focused, the brother who checks in on you when no one’s watching, and the spark that lights up the entire sideline. On the field, Booka is a lockdown corner with no fear. Physical at the line, sticky in coverage, and built for the one-on-one battles that define games, he takes pride in shutting down whoever lines up across from him. He’s aggressive, disciplined, and confident—and that confidence is contagious.

To be a first-year Bobcat and immediately become a captain says everything about the man Booka is. His leadership isn’t something he grew into—it’s something he carries naturally. He’s set a new standard, and the Bobcats are better because of it.

Vocal. Physical. Unshakable.
Booka is more than a player—he’s the tone-setter for this team.

Offensive Captain

Darnell Jordan

Don’t let the size fool you—Darnell Jordan may be one of the smaller guys on the field, but his presence is anything but small. Now in his second year as a Bobcat, Darnell has quickly become a game-changer, a voice of fire, and a leader you can count on when the lights are brightest.

Explosiveness. That’s the word that defines his game. With blazing quickness, elite footwork, and a sixth sense for slipping through defenders, Darnell can turn a routine play into a highlight reel moment in the blink of an eye. Jet sweeps, screens, deep routes, broken plays—it doesn’t matter. If he gets a sliver of daylight, he’s gone.

But what separates Darnell isn’t just his athleticism—it’s his mind and his mouth. He has one of the highest football IQs on the team, always studying coverages, communicating adjustments, and breaking down situations like a coach in pads. He’s also one of the most vocal leaders in the locker room—never afraid to speak up, hold teammates accountable, or deliver the spark the team needs when the energy dips.

And above all, Darnell’s loyalty to the Bobcats runs deep. He’s all in. Through every practice, every game, every win and loss—he shows up, gives everything, and reps the Bobcat brand with pride. He’s the kind of player you trust to have your back on and off the field.

Mighty. Sharp. Unshakable.
Darnell Jordan is the loudest threat in the smallest frame—and a leader built for big moments.

Offensive Captain

Sean Coles

In just his second year with the Steel City Bobcats, Sean “Prime” Coles has emerged as one of the most dominant and respected forces in the entire organization. A rare blend of size, athleticism, intelligence, and leadership, Prime is not only a cornerstone of the offensive line—he’s the heartbeat of the trenches. From the moment he arrived, it was clear Prime was cut from a different cloth. As an offensive tackle, he takes his job personally. Protecting the quarterback isn’t just a task—it’s a mission. Nobody touches the QB on his watch. With quick hands, disciplined footwork, and an understanding of defensive schemes that rivals any coach, Prime neutralizes pass rushers with ease and creates running lanes like a bulldozer with finesse. But Prime’s greatness doesn’t stop at offense. He’s one of the few players who can transition seamlessly into defense and special teams—and still dominate. Whether he’s clogging up gaps, chasing down plays on defense, or laying punishing blocks on kick return, Prime proves week after week that he’s not just a lineman—he’s a complete football player. What’s truly elevated him to team captain status, though, is his evolution as a vocal leader. Once a player who led with actions alone, Prime has grown into a commanding voice on the field and in the locker room. He holds his teammates accountable, pushes them to be their best, and makes sure no one forgets what it means to wear the Bobcats name with pride.

Reliable. Relentless. Respected.

Sean “Prime” Coles is more than just a protector—he’s a leader of men, and the kind of player every championship team needs.

Player Rep

Will Jones

Will Jones is a name that carries weight—literally and figuratively—on this Bobcats squad. A four-year Bobcat, Will’s journey has been full of ups, lessons, and growth—and while we could talk about his decision to step away last season... we won’t. Because truth is, we're just glad he's back. Back where he belongs. Back where he's dominant. Will is one of the most underrated offensive linemen in the league, but those who know football know just how valuable he truly is. Now finally playing in his natural position, Will’s game has leveled up. He’s stronger, smarter, and more locked in than ever—and it shows. Whether he’s pancaking defenders, swimming through blocks, or waving goodbye to opponents we’ve just sent home with an L, Will Jones is in his bag.

But it’s not just about what he does between the whistles—it’s about who he’s become. Will has matured into a true leader, a voice of accountability, and someone the younger guys can look up to. That growth is exactly why he now holds the title of players’ rep. It’s been special to watch his evolution, and the most exciting part? He hasn’t even hit his full potential yet.

We’re proud of Will—not just for the blocks and the battles, but for the man he’s becoming every step of the way. He’s proof that growth, loyalty, and passion will always find their way back to the right path.

Physical. Loyal. Evolving.
Will Jones is a bulldozer in pads—and a leader on the rise.

Player Rep

Dee Reed

Dee Reed is more than just a veteran—he’s a staple of the Bobcats culture. Now in his fifth season, Dee has seen it all and stayed solid through it all. Once the team’s leading receiver year after year, he’s been the go-to target, the chain-mover, the spark when we needed it most. But what makes Dee special isn't just what he’s done—it’s how he’s never changed.

Even as targets and touches have shifted, Dee’s faith and loyalty never wavered. Not once. He’s remained locked in, all-in, and ready whenever his number is called. He’s Mr. Reliable—a teammate you can always count on, whether it’s catching a critical third-down pass, setting the tone in the huddle, or jumping over to the defensive side just to help the team. He does whatever is needed—without hesitation. Dee’s play is steady, smart, and unselfish. He may not always be the loudest, but when the game is tight and the moment gets big, you know who’s going to make the smart play, secure the ball, and move the chains. He thrives in crunch time, and his calm presence lifts the entire offense.

Off the field, he’s the definition of a brother. Always encouraging, always holding guys accountable, and always making sure the team comes first. That’s why naming him a players’ rep was an easy decision—because Dee’s been repping the Bobcats with class, toughness, and loyalty since day one.

Trusted. Loyal. Unshakable.
Dee Reed is the rock every team needs—and the kind of player every coach dreams of having.
